Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, Fabervant Teknoloji A.Ş. ("biz", "bizim") tarafından geliştirilen DuPari uygulaması ve web sitesi (dupari.com) ile ilgili kişisel verilerin nasıl toplandığı, işlendiği, saklandığı ve korunduğunun açıklanmasıdır.
Özet: DuPari, cilt bakım ürünlerinde fiyat karşılaştırma ve dupe bulma hizmeti sunar. Hizmetimizi kullanabilmeniz için minimum düzeyde veri toplar, verilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama amaçlı paylaşmaz ve istediğiniz zaman verilerinizi silmenize olanak tanır.

2.1 Hesap Verileri (İsteğe Bağlı)
DuPari, hesap oluşturmadan da kullanılabilir. Hesap oluşturmayı tercih ederseniz Firebase Authentication aracılığıyla aşağıdaki veriler toplanır:
- E-posta adresi
- Görünen ad (display name)
- Profil fotoğrafı URL'si (Google veya Apple ile giriş yapıldığında)
- Kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcı bilgisi (e-posta, Google, Apple)
2.2 Kullanım Verileri
- Favoriler: Beğendiğiniz ürünlerin listesi
- Arama geçmişi: Uygulama içi arama sorgularınız
- Affiliate tıklama kayıtları: Yönlendirme bağlantılarına tıkladığınızda kayıt tutulur
2.3 Anonim Kullanım Verileri
Hizmeti iyileştirmek amacıyla Firebase Analytics aracılığıyla anonim kullanım istatistikleri toplanır. Bu veriler kişisel kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez ve şu bilgileri içerir:
- Sayfa/ekran görüntüleme sayıları
- Uygulama performans metrikleri
- Hata raporları (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Genel cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri

4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
DuPari aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanmaktadır:
- Firebase Authentication: Kimlik doğrulama (Google LLC, ABD)
- Firebase Analytics: Anonim kullanım istatistikleri (Google LLC, ABD)
- Firebase Crashlytics: Hata raporlama (Google LLC, ABD)
- Google Sign-In: Google hesabı ile giriş (Google LLC, ABD)
- Apple Sign-In: Apple hesabı ile giriş (Apple Inc., ABD)
- Affiliate programları: Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon.com.tr gibi platformların yönlendirme programları
Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları mevcuttur ve verileri kendi politikalarına uygun olarak işlerler.
5. Çerezler ve Yerel Depolama
DuPari, tarayıcı çerezleri yerine yerel depolama (Hive) teknolojisini kullanır. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler:
- Dil tercihi (Türkçe/İngilizce)
- Tema tercihi
- Önbellek verileri (ürün bilgileri, arama sonuçları)
- Oturum bilgileri
Firebase Analytics, standart Google Analytics çerezlerini kullanabilir. Bu çerezler hakkında detaylı bilgi için Google Çerez Politikası'na başvurabilirsiniz.
6. Veri Saklama Süresi
- Hesap verileri: Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesap silindiğinde tüm ilişkili veriler 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Kullanım verileri (favoriler, arama geçmişi): Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece veya siz silene kadar saklanır.
- Anonim analitik veriler: Firebase Analytics standart saklama süresi (14 ay) uygulanır.
- Hata raporları: 90 gün boyunca saklanır.
7. Kullanıcı Hakları
KVKK Kapsamında (Madde 11)
Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK'nin 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
GDPR Kapsamında
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda (AEA) ikamet ediyorsanız aşağıdaki ek haklara sahipsiniz:
- Verilerinize erişim hakkı (Right of access)
- Düzeltme hakkı (Right to rectification)
- Silme hakkı / Unutulma hakkı (Right to erasure)
- İşlemenin kısıtlanması hakkı (Right to restriction of processing)
- Veri taşınabilirliği hakkı (Right to data portability)
- İtiraz hakkı (Right to object)
Haklarınızı nasıl kullanabilirsiniz: Uygulama içi hesap ayarlarınızdan verilerinizi görüntüleyebilir, düzenleyebilir ve silebilirsiniz. Ek talepler için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Başvurulara 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.
8. Veri Güvenliği
Kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için aşağıdaki önlemleri uyguluyoruz:
- TLS/SSL ile şifrelenmiş iletişim
- Firebase Authentication ile güvenli kimlik doğrulama
- Veritabanı erişim kontrolü ve yetkilendirme
- Düzenli güvenlik güncellemeleri
9. Çocukların Gizliliği
DuPari, 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumun farkına vardığımızda ilgili veriler derhal silinir.
10. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yapıldığında uygulama içi bildirim ve/veya e-posta yoluyla bilgilendirilirsiniz. Güncellenmiş politika, bu sayfada yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.

This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected in connection with the DuPari application and website (dupari.com), developed by Fabervant Teknoloji A.Ş. ("we", "our", "us").
Summary: DuPari is a skincare product price comparison and dupe finder. We collect minimal data needed to provide our service, do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and allow you to delete your data at any time.

2.1 Account Data (Optional)
DuPari can be used without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, the following data is collected through Firebase Authentication:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile photo URL (when signing in with Google or Apple)
- Authentication provider information (email, Google, Apple)
2.2 Usage Data
- Favorites: Products you have saved to your favorites list
- Search history: Your in-app search queries
- Affiliate click records: When you click on referral links, a record is kept
2.3 Anonymous Usage Data
Anonymous usage statistics are collected through Firebase Analytics to improve our service. This data is not linked to your personal identity and includes:
- Page/screen view counts
- Application performance metrics
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
- General device and browser information

DuPari uses the following third-party services:

- Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (Google LLC, USA)
- Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting (Google LLC, USA)
- Google Sign-In: Sign in with Google account (Google LLC, USA)
- Apple Sign-In: Sign in with Apple account (Apple Inc., USA)
- Affiliate programs: Referral programs of platforms such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Amazon.com.tr
These services have their own privacy policies and process data according to their own terms.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
DuPari uses local storage (Hive) technology instead of browser cookies. Data stored on your device includes:
- Language preference (Turkish/English)
- Theme preference
- Cache data (product information, search results)
- Session information
Firebase Analytics may use standard Google Analytics cookies. For detailed information about these cookies, please refer to the Google Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. When an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Usage data (favorites, search history): Retained as long as your account is active or until you delete it.
- Anonymous analytics data: Firebase Analytics standard retention period (14 months) applies.
- Crash reports: Retained for 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK (Article 11)
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about processing if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
- Object to outcomes produced by automated systems that are against your interests
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of data
Under GDPR
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following additional rights:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object
How to exercise your rights: You can view, edit, and delete your data from the in-app account settings. For additional requests, please write to [email protected]. Requests are responded to within 30 days.
8. Data Security
We implement the following measures to ensure the security of your personal data:
- TLS/SSL encrypted communication
- Secure authentication via Firebase Authentication
- Database access control and authorization
- Regular security updates
9. Children's Privacy
DuPari is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such a situation, the relevant data will be deleted immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, you will be notified via in-app notification and/or email. The updated policy takes effect on the date it is published on this page.
